Requirements

• Score required: 2500
• Kills required: 2000
• Kill/Death ratio: 1.50
• Minimum best class XP: 650

• You must be able to work alone and in a team
• You must be disciplined and able to take and execute orders
• You must be actively involved on forum and IG operations
• You must be able to communicate with other Squad members at an understandable degree
• You must have a stable internet connection with low/average ping
• You must be a member of Discord server for at least two weeks.
• You must be specialized in at least one of the following:
    - Short range shooting
    - Long range shooting
    - Driving / Flying
    - Leadership
    - Support
    - Other (must be explained on your application)



Procedure

Before applying, make sure that you have fully read and understood the rules and regulations and requirements as these are very important. Applicants who did not read the rules or do not meet the requirements will be denied.

After submitting your application, the Alpha Squad Recruitment Staff will review your application. Make sure you use the exact same format, which can be found at the bottom of this page. Do not edit the form in any way. Please avoid using informal language and emoticons throughout your application as well as using sentences that are not directly affiliated with the Alpha Squad or sentences like 'I hope you will accept me' and so on. If we believe that your application is up to our standards, you will be invited to take a practical test. This test will cover all key courses such as driving, shooting and the knowledge of our rules and regulations. The Alpha Squad Recruitment Staff will try to contact you, but it is highly recommendable that you contact them instead. You will only have one opportunity to take a test, which means that if you refuse to take the test or fail, your application will be denied. We remain the right to end the test at any point for any reason.

A Recruitment Staff member will post your test results on your application. You have to pass the test with a minimum overall score of 3.5 out of 5 and you may not score a 2 or below on any course. Fellow Alpha Squad members will vote on your application, it is not allowed to comment on your own application unless asked for. Please keep in mind that asking for votes from fellow Alpha Squad members is strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate rejection of your application. To prove that you have read this page as well, add the number of the current day behind the secret word.

The Alpha Squad Command Staff or the Recruitment Staff will eventually decide whether you will be accepted or not. There is no specified waiting time for applicants, please do not contact us asking the status of your application. We preserve the right to refuse any applicant with or without valid reason. Your rank in the squad will be based on the test and overall abilities if you get accepted.

There is no waiting time to apply again if your previous application got denied, unless stated otherwise. Though, it is highly recommendable to improve on the failed subjects before applying again.

If your application got accepted, you will receive your forum rank to gain access to the hidden forum boards and you will have your name added to the memberlist. You may ask any Administrator IG to give you your rights.

If you were a member before, and you wish to be re-instated, you will have to follow the regular recruitment procedure as listed above. Depending on the situation, a Recruitment Staff leader or Command Staff member may choose to skip the practical test.
